UK vs American English Vocabulary

Have you ever encountered people calling the lift an elevator? Or people calling fries as chips? Which one is correct?



Actually both of the words are correct, but the only difference is because some people use American English while others use British English. Here are some examples of the differences between the American English and the British English.
